What we're looking for

With strong demand for our services, we are recruiting Consultants and Consultant Analysts. If you’re bright, enterprising and a fast learner, with commercial experience from consulting or industry then we want to hear from you. We are particularly interested in hearing from those with experience in any one of the following sectors: Defence and SecurityFinancial ServicesHealth and Life SciencesConsumer and ManufacturingPublic ServicesEnergy and Utilities and Transport.  

We’re looking for candidates with the potential to learn with us and develop into brilliant consultants, regardless of your background. Your key strengths will include:

  • Experience of working in a challenging and delivery-focused environment, with some experience of project work.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and experience working with a range of stakeholders so that you can adapt your approach to the environment.  
  • A collaborative approach to your work, with flexibility to work on diverse challenges in small or large teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to deliver practical results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, which allow you to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

Ideally, candidates will also have experience in at least one of the following areas:

  • Designing and implementing business change strategies and/or strategic communications;
  • Building business engagement plans and supporting stakeholders at all levels to understand and embrace change;
  • Supporting the delivery of technology-enabled transformational change;
  • Conducting cultural assessments within organisations and designing interventions to achieve lasting cultural change;
  • Analysing the impact of business change and designing innovative change approaches.

Subject to lockdown restrictions, you’ll be flexible to travel within the UK. You will be based in  one of our UK offices , but you’ll usually be working side-by-side with our clients at their offices across the UK and Europe. 

Some of our clients require a level of security clearance. For candidates interested in Defence and Security roles, eligibility to obtain a Security Check is essential.
