An opportunity to join our internal Talent Acquisition team. Based in Royston, South Cambridge you will be responsible for all recruitment administration supporting our Corporate and Capability hiring. Working very closely and efficiently with our experienced recruiters, you will be managing the end-to-end candidate management process delivering a superb experience to both hiring managers and candidates. A versatile and adaptable team player, you will have bundles of opportunity to contribute to team projects and wider recruitment activities which support the candidate and hiring manager experience. 

  • Coordinating the recruitment process for candidates from application through to verbal offer. 
  • Entering, updating and ensuring accurate data in PA's Applicant Tracking System (Talentlink)
  • Managing and prioritizing candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure a smooth running and timely process. 
  • Liaising with and managing external agencies and search firms.
  • Handling recruitment administration and process queries from a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extensive diary management for recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers, working with multiple time-zones. 
  • Raising complex purchase orders for agencies and search firms.
  • Responsible for sharing and posting adverts on our website and social media. 
  • Managing interview logistics - room bookings, catering requirements and scheduling internal feedback meetings with multiple hiring managers. 
  • Managing Right to Work checks across the Talent team and maintaining correspondence to ensure a full audit trail for each candidates.
  • Organising candidate events and assessment centres, preparing materials and equipment. Creating agendas and schedules.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience of building excellent relationships with diverse and challenging stakeholders both internally and externally. 
  • Impeccable organisation and prioritisation ability.
  • Customer-centric mindset. Willingness and ability to provide excellent service to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with senior level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Personally resilient and able to manage competing demands and work to deadlines with speed and accuracy.
  • Data driven. Utilise our reports and dashboards to report and monitor current recruitment status'. 
  • Personal judgement and discretion - dealing with highly confidential and sensitive situations.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt through ambiguity and change.
  • A desire to work within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
