Principal Consultant – Strategy

Our Consultants support clients with broad capabilities across strategy, operating model and organisation design, performance improvement and change. They offer deep business insight and a culture of innovation, working cross-functionally with clients and BJSS colleagues to deliver value quickly.

What you’ll bring

You’ll bring extensive experience gained through a combination of industry and consulting roles. You will be able to develop and strengthen peer-to-peer level relationships at all levels with our clients.

You’ll have the following experience and personal attributes:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience within a business consulting environment or as an internal consultant, preferably across multiple industries
• Experience leading business development activities and developing client accounts
• Significant experienced in developing and delivering strategic programmes, including:
  • Business strategy development
  • Strategic advisory
  • Adaptive/Agile strategy development
  • Strategic planning and roadmap development
  • Digital transformation
  • Operating model design and implementation
  • Organisation design and implementation
  • Financial modelling and business case development

• Outstanding managerial or professional achievements
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Strong record of leadership
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Willingness to travel
• Graduate degree, minimum 2:1, and an excellent academic record
