
Principal Consultant - Performance Improvement

Our Consultants support clients with broad capabilities across strategy, operating model and organisation design, performance improvement and change. They offer deep business insight and a culture of innovation, working cross-functionally with clients and BJSS colleagues to deliver value quickly.

What you’ll bring
You’ll bring extensive experience gained through a combination of industry and consulting roles. You will be able to develop and strengthen peer-to-peer level relationships at all levels with our clients.
You’ll have the following experience and personal attributes:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience within a business consulting environment or as an internal consultant, preferably across multiple industries
- Experience leading business development activities and developing client accounts
- Significant experienced in developing and delivering performance improvement programmes, including:
- Process optimisation and efficiency programmes
- Process digitisation initiatives
- Process automation including RPA, IPA, ML
- Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Outstanding managerial or professional achievements
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Strong record of leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Willingness to travel
- Graduate degree, minimum 2:1, and an excellent academic record
