About the Role
As a Business Consultant focusing on Health and Social Care, you’ll help clients within this sector overcome some of their most complex challenges through your consulting skill set and industry expertise and insight. This could range from helping an organisation operate more efficiently through better use of data, or by improving the patient or citizen experience.
With a mixture of client engagements and continued investment in your professional development, we’ll give you the opportunity to grow and shape your career as a consultant working with a highly energised team of people who love what they do and share the same goals.
Unlike some of the traditional consultancies, we provide our Consultants with real ownership and accountability. You will be trusted to use your skills and expertise to own client deliverables, workstreams, and projects, with the support of technical experts from across BJSS.
You’ll also help shape opportunities with clients and actively contribute to the evolution of our sector strategy.
About You
- You can demonstrate experience in Health and Social Care, having worked previously in industry and consulting roles, where you became familiar with common consultancy methods and approaches.
- You can demonstrate exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- You are adept at communicating complex ideas and working collaboratively in varied team environments.
- You can show developed and strengthened client relationships at all levels, sometimes travelling to and working in the client’s location, and sometimes in unfamiliar working environments.
