UK&I HR Transformation Consulting Services is a cross-industry capability, which is focused on developing and delivering market leading, innovative HR solutions to our clients. This practice is part of our UKI Talent and Organisation/Human Potential practice which leads on combining our HR Transformation and HR Technology consulting with programme leadership capabilities, change management, and leadership expertise, helping our clients to shape and deliver world-class colleague experience, HR services underpinned by digital enablement to unlock their human potential.

In this role you will:

  • Lead HR Consulting projects to define end to end Talent Acquisition solutions, such as strategy, operating model, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), process transformation and technology enablers.
  • Encourage our clients to think differently in how HR can support the workforce of the future and agile enterprise.
  • Act as a lead solution architect for Talent Acquisition programmes across planning, scoping, resourcing, innovation, and commercials.
  • Drive growth of the HR consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Play a leadership role in the sales process from pre- sales, sales origination and business development and build solid relationships with industry leadership.
  • Take a lead role in creating market relevant Talent Acquisitions points of views, blogs and offerings to create market eminence for Accenture’s HR Consulting and T&O practices.
  • Deliver with consistency and excellence for our clients.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Proven track record in delivering one or more of the following - recruitment strategy, process design, EVP, sourcing, assessment, selection and other key stages in the TA process and how to re-imagine the candidate and hiring manager experience underpinned by digital enablers.
  • A passion for Innovation and Technology trends, understanding the Talent Acquisition ecosystem and how leading-edge technologies and data can support the employee experience such as gamification, IVR and candidate AI.
  • Strong consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent communication, facilitation, and data analysis skills to influence others.
  • Experience with one or more of the main Cloud HR solutions (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle) or best of breed HR solutions to deliver Talent Acquisition solutions.
  • Understanding, and preferably experienced in driving process optimisation, efficiencies and productivity using Robotics, Automation, IoT and Artificial Intelligence in the TA context.
  • Showing ability to build trusted relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organisation with clear ability to influence others.
  • Are comfortable travelling and working away from home once Covid restrictions are improved (Monday to Friday as required)
