UK&I HR Transformation Consulting Services is a cross-industry capability, which is focused on developing and delivering market leading, innovative HR solutions to our clients. This practice is part of our UKI Talent and Organisation/Human Potential practice which leads on combining our HR Transformation and HR Technology consulting with programme leadership capabilities, change management, and leadership expertise, helping our clients to shape and deliver world-class colleague experience, HR services underpinned by digital enablement to unlock their human potential.

As a group of practitioners, we work very closely with the world’s largest organisations which gives us a strong understanding of the challenges they face and how our strong ties in the wider Accenture community can support them.

The role is to part of our HR Strategy and Consulting team to enable our client’s HR Digital vision. You will collaborate with senior executives and clients to align the impact of HR Digital initiatives and HR technology to business strategic objectives, building long-term roadmaps as well as defining their HR Technology Strategy. An important aspect of the role is to help our clients assess and quantify the value realized through leading HR Technology platforms and ecosystem partners. The role requires you to deliver a strong point of view that is grounded in data, to continuously build and partner across the network, and to work in cross-functional teams with a focus on delivering value in new and greater ways.

In this role you will:

  • Support the design of our Digital HR Strategy, including adopting new trends and best of breeds technologies, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Analytics, or Portal & Social Collaboration.
  • Support HR and IT functions in creating a case for change, defining where there are opportunities to make changes and how these can be translated into a roadmap and action plan.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Digital HR and HR Transformation, including the development of business cases that help create a quantifiable value-based strategy
  • Lead and define the Value realisation approach to help effectively quantify and demonstrate the benefits of HR investment across People, Process and Technology
  • Leverage HR digital technologies to help our clients build new capabilities, transform their HR function, and reimagine the way that HR departments works
  • Ensuring employee experience is at the heart of the design and is embedded into the technology solution
  • Help the development of new opportunities and shape new projects, including proposals and client relationships

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Experience with a primary focus on at least one of the following areas: HR Value Case creation for Digital HR, HR Digital Roadmap Creation, HR Assessment or HR Technology Delivery Strategy
  • You have had experience in advising, designing and rolling out projects using HR cloud-based solutions
  • You’re familiar with HR KPIs and Value Realisation metrics (TCO, ROI, NPV, etc)You are familiar with and have successfully used HR Benchmarks (e.g. Service Ratio, Labour Costs, Process metrics) to estimate savings targets and calculate expected benefits.
  • Experience of design thinking to solve business problems that take advantage of the latest technology solutions to enable a digitally driven business model such as HR cloud solutions, best of breeds technologies, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Analytics, or Portal & Social Collaboration.
  • Experience using agile mythologies when delivering projects
  • You are passionate about the role that technology plays in enabling employee experience and changing the role of HR
  • Exceptional Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills

  • Build strong relationships and manage client stakeholders
  • Are comfortable travelling and working away from home once Covid restrictions are improved (Monday to Friday as required)
