Generalist role

Generalist role

We are recruiting across several of our capabilities at Principal Consultant level, and for someone who has particular skills and experience across two or three of the following capabilities, Strategy, Sourcing, IT commercial management, Enterprise Architecture, Application and Infrastructure Architecture.  Our clients need help in understanding how Technology can play a vital role in moving their business forward, understanding challenges such as developing a vision to fulfil business ambition and reduce costs, be able to communicate future IT architecture to sponsors and support securing investment and support the delivery of strategic change through projects to mention just a few of our most recent engagements.

We are looking for something a bit more than just a good technologist, we need people who understand how technology really works within a business and how to get the best out of it. As someone who can work across several disciplines within our consultancy business you will be working collaboratively with clients to shape and deliver high quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver value to senior stakeholders in organisations is essential
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence different audiences, both technical and non-technical.
• Proven ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in written documents (graphics or text), and to present these coherently and logically.
• Project management skills and experience to be able to effectively engage project managers
• Knowledge and experience working in an agile environment
• Knowledge and understanding of technology frameworks and methodologies
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original concepts and theories for a variety of projects
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills 

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a related study, or equivalent experience
