We are growing our ERP team and are actively recruiting talented people with a passion for managing and supporting ERP implementations from start to finish. Our focus is on the business integration side of ERP transformations so that corporate services and the whole organisation can maximise the benefits of adopting SaaS solutions.

As a Consultant at PA you will be given the opportunity to work on some of the most significant and complex ERP-related challenges facing public and private sector organisations in the UK and internationally. You will be trusted to work across diverse programmes with our clients, offering a rare opportunity to build unrivalled expertise and experience.

This includes;

  • Developing ERP strategies (determining clients' business needs analysing the performance of the current applications, designing solution architectures and assessing options to agree the future vision)
  • Managing solution and vendor procurements (defining requirements, market analysis, developing business cases)
  • Supporting ERP implementations through business integration (programme management, supporting data migration, process re-design, operating model design and business change)

What we're looking for
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an ERP consultant
  • A proven ability to think creatively and solve complex ERP problems
  • Developing ERP strategies
  • Developing ERP requirements through engagement and performing gap analysis
  • Managing ERP procurements and market analysis
  • Managing ERP implementations including vendor (Systems Integrator) management
  • Business process design and alignment with SaaS/On-Premise ERP products
  • Functional expertise in Finance (O2C, P2P, R2R) and HR/Payroll modules specifically in popular ERP products such as for Oracle, SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics and NetSuite
  • Data migration and Data lifecycle management expertise in the context of ERP
  • Solution Architecture with an ERP focus covering functionality and technology/infrastructure
  • Technical expertise involving integrations and interfaces connecting ERP systems
  • Business change alongside ERP implementation including communication and training
  • Reporting strategy involving ERP and other data systems/reporting tools
