An opportunity to join our internal Talent Acquisition team. Based in Melbourn, South Cambridge you will be responsible for all recruitment administration supporting our Product, Design and Engineering consultant hiring. Working very closely and efficiently with our experienced recruiters, you will be managing the end-to-end candidate management process delivering a superb experience to both hiring managers and candidates. 

  • Co-ordinating the recruitment process for candidates from application through to verbal offer.
  • Entering and updating candidate data in PA’s Applicant Tracking System.
  • Managing and prioritising candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure a smooth running and timely process.
  • Liaising with and managing external agencies and search firms.
  • Handling recruitment administration and process queries from a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extensive diary management for recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers working with multiple time-zones.
  • Raising complex purchase orders for agencies and search firms.
  • Managing interview logistics – room bookings, catering requirements and scheduling internal feedback meetings.
  • Managing Right to Work checks across the Talent team and maintaining correspondence to ensure a full audit trail for each candidate.
  • Organising candidate events and preparing materials and equipment. Creating meeting agendas and schedules.
What we're looking for
  • Must have excellent Word and PowerPoint skills to produce accurate and engaging reports for a board-level audience. Creative visualisation skills to deliver insight would be desirable.
  • Proven experience of building excellent relationships with diverse and challenging stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to deal with senior level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Personally resilient and able to manage competing demands and work to deadlines with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguity and change.
  • Creating reporting dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Personal judgement and discretion – dealing with highly confidential and sensitive situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both written and verbal communications.
  • Outstanding organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Great partnering and teaming skills – ability to support others in a collegiate working environment and build internal networks to solve problems.
