Covid-19 has changed the way we track our health and use our health data. We all have digital footprints, but not all of us are awake to the risks posed by the changing cyber threat landscape. Your challenge is to ensure that our clients stay informed about threats and able to protect their digital assets and business systems.

Digital has changed business forever and more of us are now storing and collating our health and lifestyle data, organisations that have embraced digital are leading their industry and influencing others – and those that haven’t are falling behind.

Information security, data protection and cyber security are becoming more and more important to these digital leaders. PA’s Digital Trust and Cyber Security team works with organisations to manage, protect and make the most of their information assets in order to build strong brands and business models. This means demonstrating integrity in the way that data is handled and building confidence in their measures to mitigate cyber threats, this is even more critical when considering people's data around their healthcare.

We are seeking experienced Cyber Consultants with an understanding of the Healthcare sector, to ensure these businesses are alert to risk. We want to keep our clients one step ahead of digital threats, and give them the confidence to capitalise on digital opportunity. Enable them to become dependable, trusted digital businesses.

You can expect to work across all areas of the information security spectrum within our Healthcare sector and Life Sciences go to market sectors, from developing cyber security strategy to implementation of security technologies and incident response. This will provide you with broad base of experience from which to build an outstanding career and work on engaging and relevant projects which have the ability to impact our day to day lives.

What we're looking for

• Ideally a degree or equivalent in computer science or a related subject
• A passion for cyber security, and a good grasp of trends within Healthcare
• Interest and aptitude in information security and systems engineering
• Innovative and analytical thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills

The start date for this role is ASAP.
