About the Opportunity:

The Project Manager role will provide robust management and delivery of the software and technologies required to fulfil our client engagements. This includes, but is not limited to, building and overseeing the project plans, ensuring that the required work and approvals are completed to deliver robust and reliable products, work with third party developers and SaaS providers, and managing the integration between the product components.

Additionally, the project manager will deliver 'in engagement' development and completion of products through bringing together the necessary modules and product changes for each client engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the delivery of FTI Technology Products through concept, design, development, deployment and service
  • Lead multi-skilled project teams to deliver FTI Technology Products that will underpin FTI's plans for growth. This includes the alignment and integration of disparate technologies into a global, scalable platforms.
  • Support continuous development of FTI Technology Products
  • Ensure appropriate oversight and sponsorship of product development
  • Ensure appropriate resources and skills are engaged to deliver the products
  • Manage the delivery of third-party components of FTI products, including the relationships with third party suppliers.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products through project discipline, good practice and fostering an open culture where both success and failure are discussed openly.
  • Analyse, design, plan and execute work to time, cost and quality targets
  • Advise on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant and choose appropriately from the alternatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications:

BSc or BA degree in related field or commensurate work experience

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to communicate both good an bad news to senior management & stakeholders

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and technical judgment

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to provide excellent client service in demanding, deadline-drive situations

  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with peers and senior management when required

  • Experience and creativity in keeping projects on track and to time

  • Ability to be agile with approach to fit the need of each project

  • Efficient and effective problem resolution abilities; ability to think clearly under pressure

  • Ability to analyse, identify, and communicate corrective actions


  • Significant experience of delivering software product development projects

  • Experience of delivering Customer Portals and/or other UI/UX products

  • Broad spectrum of project management skills and exposure to different environments, in particular Agile and Scrum.

  • Experience of driving projects forward against external and internal barriers to change.

  • Experience in brining disparate platforms and/or technologies together to deliver a product

  • Experience of Claims / Case Management Systems is an advantage

  • Experience of working in the Legal Sector or with is an advantage

  • Experience of working with Relativity and/or is an advantage
