We’re looking for team members with great interpersonal skills, who thrive off problem solving and who love working with others to deliver great outcomes for our clients. We value a diverse professional background, but we expect you to have a successful track record, be appropriately qualified (ideally with a degree or equivalent professional qualifications in mathematics, operational research, physics, finance and economics or computer science), be an experienced specialist in one of our core capabilities like Data Science, BI/ Visualisation and data engineering/ data management. Our opportunities are at all grades, your entry level will depend on your experience and range of skills.  If you have some of the following skills and experience, we can offer the opportunity to make the most of them and to develop in other areas to build your career.

What we're looking for
  • Experience conducting analysis for evidence - based decision making, developing models and decision support tools, or building business cases for investment decisions.
  • An inquisitive mind that wants to solve the trickiest challenges whilst working with incredible colleagues.
  • Existing experience in consulting would be beneficial although we equally like in-house experience.

You will be experienced in using:

  • Modelling and simulation tools such as; MatLab , Simulink, Scilab and/or Py torch and have proficiency in either Python or R. 
  • BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik and SAS, Cognos.
  • Datawarehouse tools such as; Teradata , Oracle , Informatica etc. 
  • Data tools such as; Talend, Alteryx Keboola , NetApp etc.
  • Exposure to Cloud environments like Azure, AWS and GCP etc.
  • Balancing your analytical abilities with you stellar communication skills; you will be comfortable taking data and turning it into digestible information.
  • To better understand our clients, a background within one of our key sectors would be helpful.

Some of our clients require Security Clearance and it would be helpful if you already had this in place.
