Global Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) which includes our highly regarded Global Transaction Analytics team (“GTA”) has over 500 professionals in 25 offices throughout the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. A&M’s deep operational and industry expertise provides us with a unique opportunity to perform “smarter” due diligence by providing an integrated and differentiated approach. Our European (“TAG”) team is an established & highly successful part of our global team and we are the largest global transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms.

To build on our existing and highly successful Global Transaction Analytics team (“GTA”) in North America as well as the rapid expansion of our (“TAG”) team within Europe. We have recently recruited a highly regarded European leader with the purpose of rapidly growing our (“GTA”) presence across Europe. We are looking to grow this team with ambitious Transaction Analytics professionals. The successful candidates will be high-energy individuals with a passion for Analytics.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will;

  • Have the opportunity to deliver challenging Transaction Analytics engagements, working closely with our Managing Directors & Senior Directors across the European TAG team

  • Use a variety of visualisation and programming tools in working with large and complex data sets in order to provide tailor made solutions to clients to aid decision and providing bespoke solutions

  • Provide analytical services to private equity and corporates across the transaction life-cycle and uncover maximum actionable insights to support their M&A, divestment and investment strategy

  • Gain broad industry exposure working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions across a variety of geographies

  • Be encouraged to use your business development skills to build up relationships with existing and new clients and promote our Transaction Analytics capabilities as well as working with the broader A&M community to provide an integrated service to clients

  • Ensuring A&M are at the forefront of technology through keeping up to date with the latest market leading technologies as well as contributing to the sharing of knowledge across the team

  • Gain constant exposure to our European Leadership team, leveraging their substantial deal experience and commercial knowledge


  • Experience working with or a combination of Tableau, Alteryx or Power BI is a must, whilst experience with SQL, Python, Web Scraping is highly advantageous

  • Previous experience with Deal / Transaction Analytics is advantageous but not essential

  • Exceptional academic track record is a must, ideally with a Mathematics / Science / Engineering related degree whilst been a qualified ACA is highly advantageous

  • Clear determination to deliver the latest thinking in Deal Analytics within a highly competitive advisory marketplace

  • Exposure to Private Equity and/ or Blue-Chip clients is highly beneficial

  • Fluent business level English is essential and additional European language skills including Dutch, Italian, German, Swedish, French or Spanish are highly desirable
