Business Development Administrator – Disputes & Investigations

6 month FTC (opportunity to go permanent)

A&M’s global Disputes & Investigations (DI) practice is a leading provider of forensic accounting, forensic technology, economic expert witness, dispute resolution and investigation services. The DI team comprises of over 450 professionals globally with dedicated European teams in London, Munich, Frankfurt, Athens, Paris, Madrid and Zurich.

The team comprises of professionals from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds, who bring deep expertise in conducting investigations, managing electronic disclosure exercises and interrogating complex sets of information. Our core areas of work include anti-bribery and fraud investigations, regulatory investigations, contract disputes, IP theft investigations and other litigation advisory services.

Overview of the Role

Due to the growth of the team and its continued success, we are currently looking for a Business Development Administrator to join the business on a 6 month FTC (with the opportunity to go permanent).  Working together with senior leadership and across the team, the individual will need to have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the gravitas to take a newly created role and make a success of it.

Main responsibilities include

Act as an administrator for Salesforce:

  • Sourcing and capturing legacy data into the system
  • Creating processes for future data and making sure everything is up to date
  • Maintaining and developing pipeline dashboards/ reports and supporting analysis and interpretation of data
  • Keeping a keen eye on Salesforce usage and the opportunity pipeline
  • Act as account manager (internally) for a number of accounts to ensure they are smoothly run and constantly developed
  • Monitor and evaluate progress of Key Accounts through data consolidation and participate in key account review meetings

 

Support content initiatives and client events:

  • Support the planning and execution of client events alongside Marketing
  • Implement and support weekly Business Development / Targeting meetings
  • Support the development of content and gathering of data for industry or functional initiatives (e.g. research for newsletter)

Act as the central knowledge management function:

  • Own and maintain the go-to-market documents and marketing collateral
  • Maintain and update the case study database
  • Support A&M teams with external client proposals and pitches

                                            

Ideal candidates will have

  • Knowledge or previous experience in a Business Development administrator role
  • Experience with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong communication and analytical capabilities with attention to detail
  • Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, gravitas, and be able to form strong working relationships with senior and more junior members of the team and those of other practices
  • Ability to take ownership of work and work to tight deadlines in combination with a positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluency in English. Other European languages desirable but not essential
  • University degree

(Please note initially this will not be client facing and position more an administration function)
