Today, with significant ambition to build on the successes in the UK market, A&M is looking to grow our new Executive Compensation business. This is an exciting and possibly unique opportunity for experienced Associates / Consultants to join our new executive compensation practice. Led by a team of ex-Aon/New Bridge Street partners and senior practitioners, our practice supports a broad range of companies and their Remuneration Committees in developing remuneration arrangements and policies that are aligned with their strategies, culture and stakeholders.  Our approach and our culture are open, collaborative and meritocratic.

Experience of strategic reward advisory at Board and other executive levels, incentive design, target setting, corporate governance and investor views are essential.  Numeracy and a degree qualification in a relevant subject are recommended.

As an Associate / Consultant you will:

  • Be looking to further develop your technical knowledge of executive remuneration benchmarking, corporate governance, regulation and reward strategy development
  • Be able to be a core member of client team
  • Contribute to marketing, business development and external events
  • Work as part of a team serving UK Remuneration Committees in the FTSE 350, Small Cap, AIM and overseas
  • Contribute to the development and coaching of graduates
