The Team

Our Reward & Employment Tax Solutions team advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of employee remuneration from a tax perspective.  Our Reward team works with clients to assist in a number of areas such as:

  • designing and implementing share and cash-based management incentive plans,
  • advising on management structuring on M&A and restructuring transactions including carried interest arrangements,
  • due diligence on transactions,
  • assisting clients with compliance and reporting requirements,
  • undertaking employee communications,
  • advising on cross boarder issues relating to share based remuneration

Our Employment Tax team works with clients to assist in areas including:

  • PAYE/NIC health checks,
  • voluntary HMRC disclosures,
  • Due diligence on transactions,
  • SAO certification,
  • end to end payroll process reviews,
  • CIS
  • IR35   

We are looking for individuals to join our team at Manager and Director (experience Senior Manager in a Big 4) level.  Your role will be varied and key responsibilities will include identifying and winning new work opportunities, networking with the wider A&M business, delivery of work to high standard, meeting tight deadlines and investing time in developing junior members of the team.  In return, we can offer the right individual the opportunity to work with great clients and develop their experience in a wide range of areas with the potential for exciting career progression.
