Telephone Market Researcher, part time associate


PwC Research is our global centre of excellence for bespoke end-to-end research and insight. 

We conduct market research telephone interviews worldwide from our offices in Belfast City Centre. We’re looking for enthusiastic and articulate candidates with a confident telephone manner to work as part of our telephone interviewing team.


The role involves:

  • Conducting market research interviews by talking to people in a variety of businesses

  • Recording interview outcomes on the computer

  • Working on interesting and engaging projects

  • Utilising interpersonal and administrative skills

There’s absolutely no selling involved; we’re purely a market research company collecting data for business organisations. Previous Market Research experience  is not essential, as full training will be provided.


Our ideal candidate would be someone who:

  • Is highly motivated and enthusiastic

  • Has excellent communication with a confident telephone manner and good listening skills

  • Is organised and has good admin skills

  • Has good customer service skills

This role would ideally suit someone who’s looking for part-time flexible work that pays a living wage such as students and people looking for flexibility. The working hours are between 9am to 9pm with multiple shifts available throughout the working day. This opportunity is a temporary role and is not part of PwC’s undergraduate or graduate programmes, but is an opportunity to gain professional experience on your CV.
