Our European Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) has established teams in London, Birmingham, Frankfurt, Munich, Stockholm, Paris, Zurich and Amsterdam.

Our London team is expanding and we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Director to work with our Managing Directors to build a Transaction Advisory practice that specialises in advising Infrastructure Investors. This represents a unique & fast track career opportunity within one of the leading names globally within Transaction Advisory.

  • Deliver international projects on behalf of many of the most prominent organisations worldwide 

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to;

  • Lead and manage multiple Infrastructure Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with Managing Directors
  • Manage junior team members ensuring effective delegation and high standards of client deliverables 
  • Contribute and, in time, lead business development, client expansion and marketing
  • Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
  • Network internally with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships
  • Be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in developing new client relationships.

Essential experience:

  • Previous experience in Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Services) is essential
  • Experience across in Infrastructure funds, SWF, Insurance companies and Pension funds is desirable
  • Trained at a Big 4 firm or an established Transaction Advisory (transaction services) practice
  • Fluent business level English. Additional European language skills including French, Dutch, German, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
  • Experience of actively and pro-actively participating in business development activities
