Newly Qualified Accountant - Working Capital

Following a year of exceptional growth across Europe, we are expanding our Functional Transformation team in London and we are looking for an Associate with a strong interest in building a career in Finance Transformation and Working Capital. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Directors, Senior Directors and Managing Directors in project execution and delivery
• Deliver client projects including working capital optimisation, crisis cash management and cash flow forecasting as well as finance function transformation. Specific responsibilities may include working capital benchmarking, diagnostic reviews (including analysis of opportunities), finance function and operating model assessments, G&A cost reduction, implementation planning, and ultimately interim implementation roles
• Contribute to thought leadership across the finance transformation and working capital agenda

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required plus a professional qualification – ACA / ACCA / CIMA with first time passes desirable
• Well-developed analytical skills combined with strong IT skills gained at a Big 4 accounting firm or specialist consulting firm
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Additional European languages including French, German, Dutch, Italian or Spanish are advantageous
• Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
