Responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Job Title Cross Domain Solution Architect (Manager) Job Responsibilities Responsible for design and delivery of Risk, Regulatory and Data Analytics projects across Capital Markets, Insurance and Retail sectors in order to enable delivery of project using a team of consultants. Someone who has 7 to 10 years of experience as Development Lead or Technical Lead or Enterprise Solution Architect with hands on experience in current state and future state design, architecture and implementation. Someone who can direct a team of solution developers and data consultants to deliver projects in time and budget. Able to plan, manage and execute project delivery by defining the technical roadmap and handle complex technical and data requirements around functional and non-functional aspects of the project. Relevant Experience

  • Lead definition, documentation and development of Technology and Data Future State Architecture to support client’s strategic vision
  • Has designed end-to-end Risk, Regulatory or Data solutions with hands-on experience in delivery of projects for either Capital Markets, Retail or Insurance
  • Sound understanding of latest technology stack, tools and libraries like Spring, Akka, Vertx, Message oriented Middleware, Spark, Kafka, HDFS, Hive and next generation enterprise data architectures like Kappa or Lambda, including Microservices and other patterns.
  • Has worked in capacity of either development lead, technical lead or enterprise solution architect leading a team of consultants in either SDLS or Agile development environment
  • Overall experience 7-10 years
  • Design and Architecture 3-5 years
  • Project Lead and Delivery 3-5 years
  • Big Data Projects 2-4 years
