Our established Transformation team focuses on enterprise wide change to help drive EBITDA improvement. Our highly experienced experts successfully work with clients in strategic transformation situations, either where an activist investor is looking for accelerated results, or where a company is looking to sustainably improve their earnings and profitability goals. We also help our clients navigate complex merger integrations and carve-outs and work for corporations across several industries including Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare, IT, FMCG and Energy. 

Working with some of the brightest and most experienced colleagues in the industry, you will develop and implement forward-looking concepts and support your clients in the context of transformation projects (Large Scale Transformation, Post-Merger Integration). Assignments will cover:

  • Comprehensive bottom-up assessment
  • Quantified EBITDA / cash improvements
  • Rapid Results / 100-Day Improvement Plan
  • Merger integration / Carve-Out
  • Interim Leadership

From the beginning, you will work in a fast-growing and dynamic Pan-European team to:

  • identify a portfolio of high impact opportunities to improve EBITDA and cash flow across the enterprise, ranging from quick wins to the ‘tough calls’ that deliver transformational results
  • review performance figures and analyse data to develop fact based analysis to examine the root cause of problems
  • conduct an initial rapid diagnostic into the company's immediate and future cash needs, product profitability, cost base, major operational issues, market position and options for restructuring      
  • develop and implement comprehensive profitability and working capital improvements to help stabilise financial and operational performance
  • identify and quantify opportunities to unlock shareholder value by divesting and/or improving under-performing and non-core business units or assets
  • increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the transformation program and determine how to minimise implementation risks and maximise success

To be considered, you must possess:

  • excellent financial skills preferably holding recognised accounting qualification such as an ACA or CFA and, analytical rigour
  • previous exposure in such areas as operational restructuring, turnaround management, merger integration, carve-outs, business transformation and/or performance improvement
  • track record of success gained within a major advisory firm and/or an organisation of significant size, scale and complexity
  • a keen eye for the business analysis of cost structures and robust understanding of accounting and business plan modelling
  • exposure to business plan development, financial projections development and review, designing and implementing cash conservation guidelines and controls
