
BXT Community Manager Comms & Engagement Lead - Manager

You’ll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.
Responsibilities
As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to

Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

Be involved in the financial management of clients

Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

Train, coach, and supervise staff

Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
About the role
An experienced and technically capable professional, comfortable with communicating strategy, engaging in social media and running community events with a passion to drive new ways of working across Consulting.
The BXT Community Manager will be responsible for leading the charge of internal change to ingrain BXT in Consulting within the UK.
Responsibilities
In this role, the successful candidates will

Communicate the BXT vision and strategy internally

Create and manage the internal engagement strategy for BXT

Build an engaging campaign to demonstrate the power of this way of working

Manage and develop an engaged network of change agents and champions in Consulting
-
Highlight BXT success stories in both sales and delivery
-
Create consulting-wide comms including a BXT newsletter and success stories
-
Distribute consulting-wide comms through various channels (Including Social Media, Salesforce, Google+, Microsite)

Organise and facilitate BXT events (Including BXT Jams on a monthly basis)

Provide reports and metrics on the effectiveness of the engagement strategy
Requirements

Experience in managing communities offline and online

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Experience with social media management

Ability to track and interpret community metrics

Attention to detail and ability to multitask
