Our European Valuation Services business has offices in London, Frankfurt, Munich, Stockholm and Amsterdam and we provide a full suite of valuation services in the areas of financial and tax reporting, mergers and acquisitions, complex financial instruments, illiquid securities, and private equity and real estate portfolios.

Due to increasing demand, A&M is growing our pan European Valuations practice and we are looking for a highly skilled Valuations Director to join us in our London office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the team of Managing Directors, in execution of multiple projects and business development
- Build relationships with clients through exceptional day-to-day project management and execution
- Conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports
- Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and modelling
Typical projects will include;
- Fairness Opinions
- Tax Valuations
- Accounting Valuations (IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP)
- PE Portfolio Valuations
- Alternative Investment
- Complex Financial Instruments
- Intellectual property
- Disputes & Litigation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required plus a professional qualification – ACA/ ACCA / CFA with first time passes
- A minimum of 8 years valuations experience gained at a Big 4 accounting firm or consulting firm or investment bank or independent valuation firm
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Additional European languages including Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish are advantageous
- Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture
