Role Summary

Are you a BusinessAnalyst with experience in the healthcare or pharmaceuticalindustry?

Our client, an exciting start-up focused on developing software based solutions for autologous therapy using new emerging technologies, is looking for:

• An agilebusiness analyst with strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management skills
• who has experience or background in the medical / healthcare / pharmaceutical industry
• with an entrepreneurial spirit, who can work well in a team but is also independent, organised and self-driven

This role is all about working with stakeholders to write and present requirements and specifications for software to support the management of a breakthrough cancer therapy.

Key Accountabilities

Working closely with the Founders, you will be accountable for delivering the business analysis for the software.Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):

• Taking full responsibility for the Business Analysis
• Determining the appropriate analysis approach
• Engaging with senior medical stakeholders to scope business needs
• Acting as a conduit between key stakeholders and technology
• Accountable for the elicitation and analysis of complex high level and detailed requirements.
• Producing requirements documentation to a high standard that meet stakeholder needs, using requirements modelling techniques as appropriate.
• Managing the requirements throughout the project lifecycle; ensuring effective scope control and ensuring solution compliance to requirements is traceable through to implementation.
• Evaluating proposed business and technology solutions to ensure that they meet the business requirements.
• Working on business readiness to ensure smooth transition of new products / services into operation.

Mandatory Requirements

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• Being a strong thinker and an efficient doer.
• Efficient and clear communicator orally and written.
• Ability to write and present software requirements and specifications.
• Eagerness to learn new things every day.
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and validation of software products
• Understanding of software development
• Familiarity with agile/scrum project management / process
• Experience in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry.

Optional Requirements

The following skills and experience will also be beneficial to your application:

• Industry experience: Knowledgeable about the best practices and IT standards in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry (i.e. gmp, gamp5, CFR 21, ...)

• Other: Used Atlassian products - Jira and Confluence.
