We are looking for a bright individual who can provide hands-on support to the team and help us deliver great HR service. Working as an integral part of the HR team, you will have responsibility in administering and maintaining our HR systems for Europe, Middle East and Cayman Islands. This is an exciting role which will provide opportunity for personal development within the HR Generalist field in a fast-growing company.
The ideal candidate will be pro-active and looking for a challenging role in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company and will have experience of working in administration in a fast-paced office environment.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the HR team in a broad range of projects, including:
- New starter workflow, employment changes, leaver administration.
- Performance management process (mid and year-end staff appraisal).
- Compensation, monthly payroll processes, and invoice reconciliation.
- Migration compliance, work permits, and visas.
- Prepare reference letters and other documentation as required.
- Assist with transactions and processes in our HRIS Workday.
- Help the team with absence management, grievances, and disciplinary.
- Regularly monitoring the HR inbox and ensuring timely responses.
- Support the L&D team with monthly induction and training delivery.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Previous experience in a HR role in corporate environments.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Educated to Degree level
- Team-player able to communicate efficiently with the team.
- Able to work confidentially at all times.
- Working knowledge of a HR management system, ideally Workday.
- Knowledge of second European language (French, German, or Spanish) would be advantageous.
