Role Summary

Do you have extensive knowledge, experience and operational or consulting success withinFS (Banking, Insurance, Life & Pensions), Retail, Transport/Travel, Media/Telco, Utilities or Central Government Sectors? Have you held roles at Consulting Partner/Director or Board Level of Blue Chip Corporates ?

Our client is an international Professional Services company with an ambitious plan to grow revenues over the next 3 to 5 years. They have an impressive client list providing critical services to government bodies and household names. Historically growth has been driven through organisational silos and there is significant opportunity to offer many of their innovative and cost effective services across the client base.

Our client needs seasoned Relationship Directors (Client Partners, Account Development Directors) with extensive industry experience to create insight and offerings that leverage their capabilities whilst delivering significant value for the end client. The successful consultant will be able to identify business opportunities, create the business case and lucidly articulate the proposition to a Board Level audience. You will have a track record of delivering innovation and professional services growth at significant clients.

Our client is interested in Consultants who are looking for short - medium term contracts (6-12 months) as well as consultants interested in joining permanently.

Mandatory Requirements

Successful consultants will have:

  • A deep industry specialism, a 'leader' in the industry
  • Partner/Executive level client/relationship skills – relationship focused, C-Suite adviser, comfortable ‘walking the floors’
  • Track record of creating value / delivering growth at a significant client(s) for Professional Services firm(s)
  • Able to handle P&L, account plans and other related client partnership related activities
