Identifying this as an opportunity for growth, A&M is expanding its Restructuring practice with the stated aim of quickly becoming the first global, independent, full service Restructuring advisor.

A&M’s European business has over 800 staff offering a broad range of professional services including: Transaction Advisory, Performance Improvement, Corporate Transformation, Valuations, and Disputes and Investigation Services. Recently, the European Restructuring team has focused on big ticket company side financial restructuring and CRO appointments, and has delivered on some of the largest European restructuring cases such as Abengoa, Edcon and Isolux.

We are seeking experienced and qualified corporate insolvency professionals at Manager level to join our London office to further our ambitious growth plans. 
 
Successful applicants will be responsible for a variety of Advisory work including options analysis, asset investigation, financial performance & viability analysis, core restructuring & insolvency.

They will oversee the management and timely delivery of corporate insolvency cases across Administrations, Bankruptcies, Liquidations, CVAs, CVLs, MVLs and Compulsory Liquidations.

The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified and working towards a JIEB or CPI qualification. They will have significant experience of corporate insolvency gained within a top 10 accounting practice and will have been responsible for managing and mentoring small teams, monitoring their delivery and undertaking appraisals. 

They will have a strong background in project managing a mixed case portfolio and up to date knowledge of insolvency legislation, relevant case law, SIPs and guidance from regulators and other government bodies.
