Management Consultant Supply Chain

Collinson Grant has an outstanding record as a small independent management consultancy. Our clients are leading organisations throughout Europe. Many have stayed with us for over forty years because we help them make more money.

Many different approaches and skills are used. We travel endlessly. Our work is not for the faint hearted`. Fundamental profit models, overheads, manufacturing, operations, warehousing, distribution, processes, supply chains, commercial organisations, total cost base are all analysed before embarking on thorough and complete execution, including all aspects of human resources. We do not use or sell methodologies. All assignments are created and developed in conjunction with our clients.

Our work for large organisations is challenging. Our clients are demanding, and results must exceed expectations and be proven.

We are looking for individuals to join a small group of colleagues. You will have solid A-Levels and a good first degree from a Russell group university. You will reside in the UK somewhere on the M6/M1 corridors.

We do not use job titles, job descriptions or grading structures. Salary is not an obstacle for the right people.

Previous consultancy experience would be helpful but not a requirement. We regularly take people from senior managerial jobs and translate their skills and experience into their first exposure to consulting.

The recruitment process is not quick and includes a formal assessment. We are agnostic about sectors and look for strength in a discipline but with broader commercial experience.
