Joining an established finance team of 18 based in the European Head Office in Moorgate London, this role supports the UK, Europe, Russia and Dubai. The successful applicant will report to the Billing Supervisor and work alongside two Billing Assistants to help with the day to day activities in the Accounts Receivable team.  The function of the Billing & AR team is integral the operation of our business and our aim is to provide the highest quality service to our clients (both internal and external). This role requires strong focus, attention to detail and a high customer service oriented approach. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Preparing invoices for Alvarez & Marsal offices in Europe, Russia and the Middle East.
  • Processing of invoices, including liaising with Billable Staff to ensure all invoice details are accurate
  • Allocation of receipts
  • Overseeing and effecting compliant client take on procedures
  • Weekly review of missing timesheets
  • Assisting with the month end procedures
  • Reporting to the Billing Supervisor and carrying out ad hoc duties as required

           

Skills and qualifications        

  • Excellent levels of accuracy with strong organisational skills
  • You will be a natural team player who can interact easily with your colleagues and have strong communication skills, and a good sense of humour.
  • Deadline orientated and able to prioritise
  • Competency with Excel and Word
  • Good education and either studying AAT or looking to start in the near future
