‘Medior’ Business & Technology Consultant

As a Medior Business & Technology Consultant, you contribute to the development and delivery of First Consulting’s vision and mission. Your role is to connect strategy and operations and contribute to leading customers such as Heineken, Vodafone, BAM, Delta Lloyd and leading Utilities by improving their operational performance. You’re responsible for the final project result, the coaching of project employees and building lasting relationships with your client. You will also ensure the delivery of sustainable project outcomes, through the careful management the client employees’ acceptance of the solutions. You support the growth of First Consulting by developing new clients, your colleagues, but most importantly through excellent client delivery.

Founded in The Netherlands over a decade ago, First Consulting has now started up in the UK. Our integrated approach focuses on delivering measurable results, and working closely with client teams on their largest challenges. We work closely with many Process and Technology partners, such as: Mendix, Yellowfin, Fluxicon, UIpath and Informatica. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Business & Technology consultants on projects and in their personal development.
• Design, implement and optimise (customer) processes in technical solutions.
• Deliver and design reports for the delivered services.
• Create insight in performance of processes and departments.
• Perform change management together with the client teams.
• Build and maintain a relevant network with current and new customers.

Requirements

• A university degree in areas such as: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Able to quickly understand the processes and systems of a client organisation.
• A track record of building client relations, and analytical and IT delivery.
• Experience and a network in a sector in which First Consulting operates (energy, utilities) is an advantage.
