As a Junior Business & Technology Consultant, you will contribute to the development of the expanding UK practice.   • Translate clients’ needs to functional and technical requirements.
  • Understanding and solving companies’ toughest problems through root cause analysis.
  • Design, implement and optimise (customer) processes.
  • Create insight in performance of processes and departments.
  • Deliver lasting change management, in collaboration with the client teams.
  • Work according to Agile principles.


  • A university degree in areas such as: Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business.
  • Able to quickly understand the processes and systems of a client organisation.
  • A track record of analytical and IT delivery.
