It’s not what Salesforce does… it’s what you do with it. We’re looking for mid-weight and senior specialists who can working alongside our clients and other disciplines to deliver top tier Salesforce projects from design and configuration to integration and testing.
As a senior member of our team, we need you to lead, guide, plan, explain, working alongside clients and other agency disciplines, cracking problems with a mix of technical expertise and innovative thinking. It's how we outclass the competition and create the best digital experiences.
Where is it?
Based in our airy and bustling offices in Clerkenwell, London, with its legendary coffee machine and model train track, you’ll also have a chance to work with clients throughout Europe and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead onprojects, solving some of the most exciting problems for our clients.
- Be a passionate mentor and leader for some of the brightest digital talent around.
- Build lasting relationships with executive clients and sponsors.
- Lead on design, the implementation of technology and creative business solutions for iconic brands.
- You’ll be responsible for managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
- Organise and lead tactical pursuit teams; take the lead on the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with amazing digital experts across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions.
- Carrying a sales and delivery target of £1-£2M per year
- Leading an area of industry specialism, using a proven track record in the industry.

A good graduate degree (First or Upper Second) is a must, along with the right to live and work in the UK.
You’ll also have
- Proven track record of originated or personally led sales, and continued achievement against targets.
- Excellence in one or more industry areas, known for innovation in your industry.
- Experience in onsite functional or technical roles on at least four full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
- Extensive consulting and/or CRM implementation experience.
- Experience managing at least four large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM solutions, including ownership of the technical solution, management of the overall team and ownership and management of project financials.
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Experience carrying a business development quota for consulting work, ramping up pursuit teams and leading business development pursuits end-to-end.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem such as CPQ and Order Management solutions.
- Experience delivering projects using agile Scrum based methodology.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel to client sites 60-80% of the time.
- Strong academic record, preferably in a numerate subject such as Computer Science, Technology or Engineering.
- An advanced Salesforce certification - Sales / Service cloud, Advanced Developer.
- Experience implementing CPQ technologies (Big Machines, Apttus, Cameleon).
