The nature of our work varies greatly, broadly based on defining commercial and business strategy through the application of robust decision modelling using advanced analytics tools and techniques. This would include marketing and channel optimisation strategies, customer segmentation / satisfaction / profiling, growth and risk strategy, loyalty programmes, branch / store location planning, acquisition and retention analysis (e.g. cross-sell / up-sell / churn propensity modelling), etc.

The names of our clients would come as no surprise to you: they are the leading players in the consumer products, retail and travel, hotel and leisure industry sectors as well as in the public sector and retail banking / insurance.


To qualify for this Senior Analyst / Consultant role you must have:

  • Ideally 1-3 years of relevant work experience; experience in strategic consulting is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to design and conduct complex data analysis
  • Ability to work in a collaborative way on multiple engagements at any given time
  • Good understanding of a range of predictive and descriptive analytics techniques (see below)
  • Interest in improving and expanding the current analytics solutions portfolio of the team
  • Proficient in some of the industry-standard analytics tools (see below)
  • Preferred advanced degree in business / economics / analytics / statistics with a focus in quantitative methods and / or equivalent working experience in the data analytics space
  • Track record of strong, active career development with evidence of progression
  • Full travel mobility
