Interest and activity inRPA is growing and we are increasingly seeing deployments reaching enterprisescale and operating on processes across the organisation.
RoboticProcess Automation (RPA) uses software, commonly known as a ‘robot’ Software,to capture and interpret existing applications to enable transactionprocessing, data manipulation and communication across multiple systems.
Robotic ProcessAutomation (RPA) creates an opportunity for CFOs to radically reduce the cost,improve the efficiency and bolster the control and standardisation of theirprocesses. Responsibilities
You will have responsibility for:
- Planning and managing aproject workstream to time and to budget in support of the overall project plan
- Understanding a client'sunique situation and developing deliverables which exactly meet their needs
- Performing complex financialanalysis to support business case development and benefits realisation
- Managing and developing juniorstaff on projects
- Creating business proposalsand identifying follow-on opportunities at existing client
- Supporting and leading bid andsales activities
- Having a broader perspective ofpotential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies toovercome them; having a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment tocreating a more inclusive culture
Requirements
- Robotic Process Automation experience, either Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or UI Path.
- Good all-round consulting skills, either within a consulting environment or an internal consulting team
- Relevant technical and delivery experience within, or working as a consultant/advisor to, a financial services organisation;
- A passion for making a difference, and a desire to build a career within a big-four consultancy setting
- The ability to provide excellent client service and manage and build strong relationships both internally and externally, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills; and
- Awareness of emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
- Must be willing to travel
- A university degree, preferably in computer science, engineering, business and information or similar, with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent), and ideally an MBA or MSc;
