With over 400 professionals in the UK, our Human Capital practice is renowned for providing distinctive depth and breadth of organisation transformation services to clients undertaking complex major programmes. Our practice combines project and programme management capabilities with HR consulting, change management, organisational design and leadership expertise, helping our clients identify, manage and solve the people issues that cause businesses to perform below their potential.

We provide our clients with impartial advice and support to enable them to understand how technology can form an integral part of their HR strategies. Within HR Technology Advisory we provide broad and deep coverage across HR Technology strategy, selection, project readiness and business side support during implementations. Our aim is to help clients unlock the value of their operating model through appropriately selected technologies.

We are seeking an individual who has a background in either HR Technology strategies, high level HR Technology solution design and/or HR Technology implementations. Experience of a specific HR Technology platform is not a prerequisite for this role, however an understanding of the HR Technology Marketplace and how HR Technology can be used strategically in an organisation will be.


The role will have responsibility for:

  • Providing Deloitte representation on client engagements and take ownership of packages of work.
  • Supporting the senior project members on the HR Technology Advisory engagement.
  • Facilitating workshops and establishing trusted client relationships at appropriate levels.
  • Socialising and obtaining sign off of engagement deliverables on HR Technology Advisory projects.
  • Reporting on client project risks and opportunities.
  • Offer sound judgement around business decisions that are made.
  • Playing an active role in pre-sales and bid development.
  • Involvement in client seminars and the production of marketing materials.
  • Developing thought leadership, tools and leading practice.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and delivering sales opportunities.
  • Offer a strong and compelling point of view around HR Technology related matters and issues, such that it builds the credibility of the UK business.


To qualify for the role you must:

  • Have experience of working in an HR Technology environment, either in another consulting firm or in-house.
  • Have experience of contributing to the delivery of an HR Technology related work stream or project.
  • Have had an exposure to one or more of the following aspects of the role: HR technology transformation programmes, enabling HR technologies, shared services, or a specific HR Technology product implementation.
  • Bring excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills.
  • Display experience of establishing and managing client relationships.
  • Have the ability or willingness to contribute to business development, through support bids for new business.

Consulting Services pathway ? pathway for people whose career is built around the delivery of managed services to clients (either internal or external)
