Role description
Deloitte's Human Capital, a market leader in the HR Transformation & Technology marketplace, as recognised by industry analysts such as Kennedy, are expanding their SuccessFactors practice. This growth has been due to the increasing national and international client base and to which we increasingly through our people provide unique business, financial and technical skills to the projects we deliver.
SAP is a significant market for Deloitte and we are a platinum partner with SAP and over the years have won many SAP awards such as Best Teaming Partner, UK Best Solution and Services Partner Award of Excellence.
We have many years of experience in dealing with all aspects of HR related projects, from building reliable ROI business case models to product selection, customisation, transformation and integration.
Responsibilities
A SuccessFactors Specialist Consultant will have responsibility for:
- Active role in pre-sales, solutioning and bid development;
- Able to develop strong lasting relationships with the client;
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
- Is able to manage work streams within a large project (client-facing or internal) and / or able to take direct responsibility for at least 2 personnel;
- Ensures that all standards and processes are adhered to for any deliverables produced;
- Plays an active role in the development of SuccessFactors competencies, delivers innovative services or capabilities to the practise;
- Has worked on SuccessFactors implementation projects, performing a variety of roles, through the full project life-cycle;
- Has specialist functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central or other modules;
- Is able to perform functional and technical consulting and project management;
- Regularly attends SAP User Groups and Events;
- Is able to play an active role in client seminars and the production of marketing materials;
- Responsible for mentoring junior consultants and analysts.
Requirements
To qualify for the role you must have:
- At least one year of SuccessFactors implementation experience and the associated certification for the relevant module(s)
- Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level (desirable)
