In Deloitte Digital you will be a part of the team that helps our clients operate successfully in the digital world. You will help our clients shape their marketing, sales and customer service strategies, design customer and user experiences, structure their front office operations and adopt digital technologies - transforming the way they engage with their customers.

Typical Activities and Business Areas

• Working in a programme management office supporting the management of multiple projects
• Supporting production of strategies to make the best use of technology to solve business challenges
• Helping to manage and coordinate IT suppliers involved in technical delivery
• Running workshops to capture As-Is business processes and developing To-Be processes
• Supporting the development of business cases, financial estimation models and commercial documentation to support technology investment
• Analysis business data to support decision making
• Defining customer and user journeys to support customer and user experience design

Being part of Consulting you’ll be helping clients solve some of their most complex problems, all the way from developing the initial ideas to delivering and measuring the end results ? all across some wide-ranging projects. You’ll work alongside a diverse team including deep technical experts, industry leaders, and project management specialists to deliver ingenious solutions and valuable insights to support to our clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience helping clients from every industry across the country solve their most challenging and intriguing problems.
