Description
The creative director manages a project from initial brief to execution, working with and managing a team of graphic designers, copywriters and artworkers, both internal and freelance. The role requires exceptional communication and project management skills and an ability to interpret a brief and liaise with suppliers. Candidates must have the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
It's essential you've worked with brands of all shapes and sizes, from major household names, to challenger brands and smaller start-ups across all business sectors. You'll know how to get the most out of budgets and how to excite both clients and colleagues with creative solutions. All-in-all, you'll be someone who has a hunger to consistently produce the very highest level of work possible. And to keep pushing creative boundaries.

Activity wise, you'll bring a portfolio bursting with integrated campaigns from communications to digital and everything in between. You'll also need natural leadership qualities in order to get the very best out of your team and a knack of really getting to the core of a brief. Pitching ideas to clients/prospects is, of course, second nature.

Outstanding role that would suit any Creative Director who has a passion for brilliant ideas and a hunger for a new challenge, with the long term opportunity to create a real step change in the creative approach of this consultancy and a name for themselves.
