Position Summary
- The purpose of this role is to provide support to the UK Client Growth Team by performing the duties of a PA / administrator which will include supporting senior Client Directors.
- The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a PA or senior secretarial role for a minimum of 5 years, is advanced in Word and PowerPoint and has both excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The candidate will providing comprehensive PA support including diary management, travel co-ordination, interfacing with client contacts, acting as phone gatekeeper and administrating internal systems. Preparing client correspondence, reports and PowerPoint presentations, carrying out extensive company research for account plans, designing and organising client workshops/meetings, managing MercerForce ensuring timely and accurate updating and downloading financial information to feed into client meetings and to progress actions including oversight of activity/management of drift on top revenue clients, assisting with client billing/reporting.
Responsibilities
- Complex diary management
- Arrange conference calls and web meetings, taking a pro-active approach to ensure the correct participants are invited
- Co-ordinate UK and global travel arrangements, and where the meeting arrangements are complex produce an itinerary
- Prepare expenses
- Manage the inbox of the client managers to identify activities that can be resolved without their input, and alerting them to urgent issues that require immediate attention
- Prepare general correspondence and emails in response to non-technical queries
- field incoming calls from internal colleagues and clients, addressing them in a professional and timely manner
- Work alongside the Client Growth Support team on projects

Qualifications
Education (degree / diploma)
- Professional qualification desirable (e.g. degree)
Experience
- Extensive experience of working in a professional services/corporate firm
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills, time management
- Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools
