Description
Purpose
Lead the integration for the acquisition of Kepler within the Talent business, combining legacy knowledge of the acquired organisation’s operations alongside a full set of administrative capabilities and a strong understanding of Mercer’s financial management, sales, people management and operational protocols and tools. 

Accountabilities:

  • Identify and implement improvements and developments of existing methods / processes and transition of legacy Kepler systems to Mercer ones, whilst identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing these
  • Provide administrative and operational support to UK Executive Reward Leader, including contact with client portfolio, diary management, travel arrangements, client documentation production
  • Ownership of all financial integration implementation, including contract novation activities, time recording, invoicing and debt recovery activities
  • Day to day management of the operations of the Kepler business, with a key focus on:
    • Coordination and support (in partnership with HR) on a range of confidential staff issues
    • Recruitment support and coordination for appointments at all levels
    • Coordination of any business changes, such as desk moves, technology changes, etc including liaison with senior stakeholders
Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience supporting to a senior partner level
  • Experience of consultancy environment and client interaction
  • Expert knowledge of legacy-Kepler, Talent and Mercer’s structure, processes and procedures
  • Expert use of all Mercer systems including Office, WebTime, Mercer Force, i-Travel, i-Expense
