Senior Economist
We are an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists offering a broad range of professional services. Through our work, we make a positive difference in the world.
Experts in both place and space, our policy and economics specialists enjoy positive working relationships among central government, key regeneration agencies, local planning authorities and developers, as well as involving the wider community in consultation on many projects.
Our integrated economics and policy skills allow us to optimise clients’ ability to achieve their objectives and to shape the future.
Our profound understanding of existing policy also allows us to influence and analyse future government and local authority policy on behalf of developers.
Working with both private and public sector clients, we have a wealth of experience of development consents and management, submitting applications and, where necessary, associated appeals. We primarily work for developers, major infrastructure providers, local authorities, development and regeneration agencies and major landowners.
