The DMS business line is part of Accenture's successful Financial Services Practice which has seen significant growth over the past year and remains on a strong growth trajectory. DMS has a community of over 150 professionals with deep industry subject matter expertise and proven delivery experience. The business line is led by a highly experienced senior management team; with a strong focus on mentoring and training. Supported by Accenture's global research group DMS develop client-relevant thought leadership and we are arranged internally into capability development communities.
Through the individual Financial Services Account Teams, DMS plays a critical role in enabling Accenture's clients become high performing. We have developed trusted relationships with senior management within the Business and Technology through the key support and control functions. We have a wide breadth of clients and our Account management teams are led by people with extensive knowledge of our clients' business and operational goals and concerns.

Required Skills
Marketing Process Business Analysts
  • Experience of working in FS clients to drive marketing transformation.
  • Functional expertise on marketing processes
  • Brand and agency management
  • Proposition development
  • Customer campaign selections and campaign management
  • Content management and content creative
  • Understands agency landscape
  • Understands major vendor landscape and knowledge of aprimo process solutions
  • Able to operate at all stages of development lifecycle, from initial strategy projects through to full programme delivery
  • Can work in an Agile method and familiar with Scrums
Key Responsibilities:
The 4 key areas of responsibilities that candidates must be able to meet are detailed below.
1. Delivery Within Financial Services Change Projects
  • Working within project teams to support clients deliver their project objectives
  • Working with a team to define a business solution that may include defining business architecture, process design and delivery activities whilst driving the development of improved capabilities.
  • Executing business analyst and / or project management activities such as gap analysis, requirements gathering / definition, functional specifications, risk/issue management, project planning etc.
  • Facilitating teams and supporting workshops / meetings across multiple phases of the project delivery lifecycle
  • Working within multidisciplinary teams across both business and technology to execute project deliverables
2. Working Alongside Clients and Building Relationships
  • Be able to demonstrate credibility to work alongside/with client SME’s and team leaders.
  • Developing trusted relationships with clients, target clients and internal experts as part of project delivery.
  • Understanding and representing Accenture’s Capital Markets capabilities with clients and acting as a trusted partner.
  • Helping to build an understanding of our clients’ business and challenges and participating in identifying solutions for their business needs within the Accenture Capital Markets team.
  • Working with blended client and Accenture project teams and helping to establish working relationship within a team environment.
3. Supporting Creation and Shaping of Sales Opportunities
  • Supporting the Accenture executives in the development of business opportunities that are aligned with client agendas and creating value driven sales propositions for Accenture’s key clients.
  • Helping to develop compelling business cases and responses to new business opportunities and requests for proposals within proposal response teams.
  • Participating in opportunity development campaigns that build upon Accenture’s delivery capabilities as part of the Capital Markets team.
4. Building Part of Accenture’s DMS Capability
  • Supporting the creation of “Thought Leadership” assets and participating in Communities of Practice within Accenture as part of specialist teams that meet specific client challenges.
  • Support the building of Accenture’s DMS practice through people development and mentoring of more junior team members.
  • Helping to build Accenture assets and accelerators that can be used to enhance Accenture’s DMS practice offerings.
