About the roleTo support our continued growth and success, Moorhouse is looking for candidates with a strong track record of scoping, selling and delivering consulting solutions and services to support organisations through large-scale transformation. This may come from working on some of the most complex change programmes; major transformation programmes that deliver revenue growth through new products and services; technology transformation; helping to restructure core functions; or, looking at innovative ways to improve the service provided to customers.

What we are looking for 

The successful candidate must be able to evidence:

• At least 6 years consulting experience (senior candidates may have much more) including a minimum of 3 years "Big Firm" consulting experience.
• Business transformation and a PPM focus to their CV.
• Evidenced, relevant sales track record (for senior applicants), or at least a demonstrable network of strong relationships.
• Degree qualified with appropiate professional qualifications and accreditations (e.g. APM membership, CMC, MoP, MSP, PRINCE2).
