Many of our consultants are independent long-term; others take this path temporarily, often while developing a next permanent role, a venture, or a portfolio of activities. Beyond consulting, our independent consultants have built an incredibly impressive roster of businesses, publications, skills and achievements, all of which inform their work for clients.

As well as track records with the top traditional strategy houses, including McKinsey, Bain and BCG, a majority of Eden McCallum’s consultants have pre or post-consulting experience in industry, though this is not a requirement. We work with consultants at all levels from associate through to partner, and in every sector.  From our offices in London, Amsterdam and most recently Zurich, we serve clients internationally, and we work with the best consultants around the globe, with a concentration in Europe.
