Gloss/Algo Production Support
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Production support of Gloss, SWIFT, Euclid/Euroclear, CREST, Algo Collateral,
- Experienced in .Net, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Cognos
- Business knowledge of settlements & clearance(domestic & international)
- L3/L4 Production Support activities including (but not limited to) diagnosis, investigation, resolution provision, coordination with team lead, business, infrastructure support and vendors (e.g. Broadridge support)
- Implement/Deploy configuration, code changes across all environments including production with the appropriate approvals as per Release management processes
- 8 AM to 5 PM GMT rota
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within Investment Banking
- Experience in .net
- Solid experience in Gloss, SWIFT, Euclid, CREST, Algo
- Infrastructure support
