Managing Consultant - Government Services

Your responsibilities will include, but not be confined to being skilled:
- As a Project Director - ensure rigorous and realistic project planning, challenge project teams to deliver effective outcomes, quality assure key outputs, maintain senior client relationships, hold project manager to account for quality, time, cost
- As a Leader - line manage managers, in particular support the local government director to set the team strategy and develop the business plan, recruit to roles, resolve performance issues and other team concerns, chair team meetings and pipeline meetings, oversee team budget
- As a Business development manager - deliver a determined % of pipeline, develop and maintain a network of prospects, allocate proposal/pqq development responsibilities, quality assure proposals/pqqs, support and lead where appropriate prospect pitches
- In Marketing / thought leadership - identity and develop new products, increase awareness of BDO brand through thought leadership pieces and presentations at conferences & events, quality assure marketing materials

Your role will involve working in project based teams, supporting the development of our methodologies and products, securing new engagements and generally developing as part of a talented group of people.
