Connectivity Support Consultant, Equities
Key Responsibilities
- UK Connectivity and Client Onboarding
- Ullink including routing and market access
- Direct interaction with users and vendors
- Production support
- Program to build proper logic for routing
- Acts as PM, BA, Design, Development, Testing, Production Support
- Involved in production and project
- Report weekly status of production incidents and project work to onsite delivery manager
- On-call 24 X 6 commencing Sunday night
- Available for planned activities allocated by team lead, after hours weekdays and on weekends
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within Investment Banking
- Experience interacting with business for production support and project related clarifications
- Previous application development and maintenance of in house applications
- Support experience for any hardware, systems software or other infrastructure related issues
