As an A.T. Kearney Associate, you will gain exposure to every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through to proposal delivery, helping you to develop your professional skills and learn more about A.T. Kearney. Almost immediately, you will join a project team where you will be challenged to deliver valuable insights to help identify, analyse and solve CEO-level business problems within an industry. Throughout your development you will further benefit from comprehensive feedback from your project team and your mentor.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of four years relevant full-time work experience and a strong record of career achievement to date. We value proven achievers with excellent academic backgrounds. Experience working in Europe and fluency in a second European language is also an advantage.
DEVELOPMENT:
To enlarge your consulting knowledge and potential, A.T. Kearney offers training programmes that address your development needs at each stage in your career. New Associates participate in the week-long New Consultant Orientation programme to learn the fundamental concepts and methodologies used by practicing consultants. In addition there are regular opportunities for Associates to take part in specialized training designed to hone their understanding of industries, processes, and products. All training activities are designed specifically to build the increasingly complex skill set required for career advancement.
