We are expanding our new Digital Advisory team and are looking to recruit individuals with the combined knowledge of Digital in a Financial Services organisation to join this team.

We have already organically grown a core capability and attracted significant senior talent from both industry and consulting to drive the growth of this business.  We are now looking to recruit a number of high calibre digital specialist individuals at Senior Manager & Manager, levels to further grow the team

Our Focus

The Digital Advisory team provide high impact/high value consulting services to financial services clients with a specialist focus on Digital solutions. Our particular focus is operating as a preferred client side advisor, leveraging the experience of our people to provide the highest quality advisory across the following domains:-

• Digital / Mobile Architecture - including assessment, design, tools and methods of Solution & Technical across digital & mobile platforms
• Digital  Strategy, including situation diagnostic, strategy formulation and roadmap formulation
• Digital  Analysis, including business analysis on digital transformation programs
• Digital Business Change, including target operating model design, process analysis, improvement and re-engineering

We operate as a pan-European organisation, serving clients across retail banking, corporate banking, insurance and wealth management sectors

We have specific client facing propositions around:

• Digital Strategy Development
• Roadmap Development
• Digital & Mobile Technology Architecture
• Digital Analysis & Design
• Business Change

Our People

Our Digital Advisory team compromises individuals with backgrounds in the financial services industry, consulting, systems integration, strategy and are a combined team with a focus on digital. They have the combination of both deep business, functional, technical and change expertise - they have a track record in digital, and they possess the consulting skills to help clients with the most complex of business problems. As a team, they operate at senior levels within an organisation, and are called upon to help clients across Europe.

Currently we are looking to increase the team and are looking for candidates at our Senior Manager ad Manager (consultant) levels

Senior Manager Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and assignments and/or leading major assignments
• Developing long-term trusted advisor relationships and managing key EY accounts;
• Building practice and internal capability
• Managing assignment teams and third parties;
• Identifying opportunities for and securing new business;
• Leading proposals and bid teams - across the digital strategy, delivery and change architecture areas and managing the development and delivery of high quality proposals;
• Monitoring staff availability and chargeability and supporting the development of less utilised staff;
• Providing quality assurance and monitoring risks;
• Managing assignment teams and third parties;
• Liaising with service line teams, functional specialists and Area Partners
• Acting as a career counsellor to a small team and being involved in the recruitment process as required.

Manager Responsibilities include:

• Managing a client assignment;
• Developing long-term trusted advisor relationships;
• Identifying opportunities for and securing new business;
• Aiding proposals and bid teams;
• Developing high quality technical proposals;
• Managing on-site EY teams;
• Liaising with service line teams, functional specialists and Area Partner 
• Leadership, work under pressure, motivate other

What we look for:

• Successful track record in Financial Services  in Digital domain,  gained through a top tier consultancy, a specialist financial services or digital consultancy and/or a top tier FS organisation
• Strong understanding of digital in one or more FS sectors
• Good appreciation of current market trends and how these are likely to impact key industry players
• Strong understanding of the digital value chain and its impact on overall business
• Strong background in Strategy / Functional  / Solution architecture  / Change implementation
• Track record of successful delivery on large scale digital transformation  projects for FS companies
